1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using reefvoria.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. You must be legally capable of agreeing to these terms. If you are under the age of legal capacity where you live, a parent or guardian should supervise your use.
2. What Reefvoria provides
Reefvoria is an independent editorial and discovery website. We publish reviews, rankings, descriptions, comparisons and links concerning online video games that can be started without an entry fee. The Site is informational only.
We do not host game clients or gameplay, create publisher accounts, run game servers, sell in-game items, process publisher purchases or provide technical support for third-party games. To play a game, you leave Reefvoria and use a publisher, platform or app-store service under that service's own terms.
3. What “free” and “free-to-start” mean
When Reefvoria calls a game “free”, “free-to-play” or “free-to-start”, we mean that no purchase is required to access the game's core experience at the time of our review. It does not mean that every character, cosmetic, expansion, platform service or feature is free.
- Publishers may sell optional cosmetics, virtual currency, battle passes, characters, subscriptions, expansions or other content.
- A supported device, internet connection, third-party account and, in some cases, a platform subscription may be required.
- Data charges and hardware costs are your responsibility.
- Publishers may change prices, availability, regional access or monetisation after we publish a review.
Always confirm current requirements and prices on the official game or platform website before downloading or purchasing anything.
4. No real-money play, prizes or withdrawals
The Site has no deposits, stakes, player balances, cash purchases, cash-out features or fund withdrawal methods. Reefvoria does not award cash, merchandise or other real-world prizes for playing games. The games are presented for entertainment and editorial discovery only.
Some third-party games use fictional points, virtual items or publisher-controlled currency. Those items are governed solely by the publisher's rules and are not money held by Reefvoria. Reefvoria does not redeem, transfer, trade or convert them into cash.
5. Third-party games, sites and purchases
Links to official publisher, platform or store pages are provided for convenience and identification. A link does not mean Reefvoria controls, endorses or is affiliated with the third party. Third-party services may collect information, use cookies, set age restrictions, require accounts and offer purchases under their own terms and policies.
You are solely responsible for reviewing a third party's current terms, privacy notices, classification, system requirements and charges. Any download, account, purchase, refund request, suspension, gameplay dispute or technical issue is between you and that third party. We are not responsible for the availability, safety, accuracy or conduct of an external service.
6. Reviews, scores and availability
Reviews and scores are good-faith editorial opinions based on factors such as free access, gameplay, onboarding, monetisation, technical performance, Australian availability and community health. They are not guarantees that you will enjoy a game or that the game will work on your device.
Scores can change when a live service changes. Information may become incomplete or outdated between reviews. Publisher quotations, platform availability and community observations are attributed or described for context; they are not warranties from Reefvoria.
Publishers cannot purchase a higher score. If Reefvoria publishes sponsored material or uses an affiliate link in the future, it will be clearly identified. Advertising or referral compensation will not guarantee favourable editorial coverage.
7. Age ratings and online safety
Game content, online chat and optional purchases may not be suitable for every age. Reefvoria's inclusion of a game is not a statement that the game is suitable for children. Parents and guardians should check the Australian Classification rating, publisher parental controls, chat settings and spending protections before allowing a child to download or play.
8. Acceptable use
You may browse and link to public pages for personal, non-commercial use. You must not:

9. Intellectual property
The Reefvoria name, original visual identity, page design, rating methodology and original editorial text are owned by or licensed to Reefvoria and protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Game names, logos, screenshots and artwork remain trademarks or property of their respective publishers and owners. They are used on the Site for identification, commentary and editorial review. 10. Site availability and changes
We may update, suspend, remove or change any Site feature or content without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider incidents, security needs and events beyond our reasonable control may affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reefvoria will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of data, loss arising from a third-party game or purchase, device incompatibility, account action, or reliance on information that a publisher later changes.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Where liability cannot be excluded but may lawfully be limited, it is limited to the extent permitted by law.
12. Your responsibility
You are responsible for your device, internet connection, publisher accounts, account security, gameplay choices and any optional purchases made with third parties. You should use unique passwords, publisher security tools and spending controls appropriate to your household.

14. Changes, severability and applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia, without depriving you of any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes.
